Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Just choose your location at the checkout.

Which shipping method should I choose?

From the shipping options, you can choose “Letter” for postcards and smaller prints, and “Maxi Letter” for larger A3 prints.

How long until my items arrive?

I will send your parcel within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. If you are in a hurry and need your items faster, please email me at jutta@kootutmurut.com.

All orders are sent Priority via Finnish post (Itella). Their estimated delivery times:

• Nordic countries and Central Europe 2–5 working days.
• Rest of Europe 3–6 working days.
• Rest of the world: large cities 4–10 working days; other destinations: no estimate available.

What payment methods do you accept?

For international customers, the shop accepts payments via Paypal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and regular account payments. You can use your PayPal account if you have one, but it’s not necessary to have an account.

Is it secure?

Yes, it is. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Your credit card number stays between you and PayPal.

What about taxes and fees?

For customers in the EU and Finland, 23% VAT is included in the price. For the rest of the world, VAT is automatically 0%. You are responsible for any fees or customs in your own country.

What is your refund policy?

I try to make sure that everything is perfect, but if there are any problems with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll sort it out as soon as possible with a refund or replacement.

How is my order packaged?

I will take good care of packaging your items, so they are well protected and will arrive safely. I try to use as much recycled materials as possible, so if you would like your order to be gift wrapped or wrapped in a special way, please contact me.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, definitely! If you would like to order a special size or see something in the blog or Flickr that you would like, please email me.
